Payment
Payment will be deducted form your account when the item is shipped.

Freight
Teddy in love sends the item you have purchased by regular mail (in Europe).

Delivery
Teddy in love sends the item as soon as possible, we post 3 days a week. Delivery of
goods outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and VAT on the product. We do
not take any responsibly for these taxes.

Returns and Warranty
If you are unhappy with your purchase or you have not received the goods, please contact
me within 14 days of purchase or 5 days of receipt and I will do my absolute best to
resolve any issues, and if necessary issue a full refund.
The item must be returned in the same condition as you received it. Costs of return must
be borne by the client.

Liability
Teddy in love does not take responsibily for price increases in postal charges, items that
are sold out, price changes and printing errors.
